Our approach to maintenance

At Pinnacle we take maintenance extremely seriously. That’s because our equipment is the lifeblood of our business and customers want their hire equipment to just do the job without missing a beat. So, we’re highly motivated when it comes to routine maintenance and ensuring all equipment is cleaned, inspected and tested for both performance and safety prior to dispatch. Our promise to you is that you’ll never receive equipment unless it has passed our stringent testing procedure. And if we do find anything that needs adjusting or replacing, it won’t go to site until it’s completed to the required standard.

Do you have a maintenance issue?

If you are running Pinnacle equipment onsite right now and you have a maintenance issue that needs addressing, please contact the Support Manager to evaluate the issue. The Support Manager will then ensure your problem is resolved as quickly as possible.

Please note: do not, under any circumstances, attempt to complete any maintenance on the equipment yourself or via a third party.
